Welcome! I am Dr. Cary Johannes, a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a deep passion for empowering individuals to overcome anxiety, stress of life’s transitions, unlocking their full potential. I work with students and women facing life transitions and concerns and people exploring their spirituality. I utilize a unique blend of traditional therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and spirituality to support you in making lasting, positive changes.
