Welcome! I’m an individual and family therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, PMDD, relationship issues, and life transitions including adjustment to college. Within my practice, I offer a warm, collaborative space where it’s safe to bring your full self—your strengths, your stuck points, and the parts you’re still figuring out. I believe that when we feel safe enough in a therapeutic relationship to take risks and let down walls, we pave the way for insight and growth that lead to meaningful change.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Megan. I am a therapist-in-training at SolHealth and am excited to begin working together! I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about what you can expect as we begin sessions together. I am a first-year master’s degree student in the Mental Health Counseling program at City College of New York. I received an interdisciplinary degree in Science, Technology, and Society where I focused on Psychology, Sociology, and Cultural Studies at Farmingdale State College. I have previously interned in schools where I worked with populations experiencing anxiety and difficulties with life transitions. I also worked as an ABA therapist where I specialized in working with clients with developmental disabilities. My primary modalities of therapy are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy. My therapeutic approach incorporates: mindfulness exercises to help with stress management, reducing stress and anxiety, overcoming depression, developing self-compassion, and creating a meaningful life for yourself. I believe in exploring an individual’s past and present while empowering them in a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space. Megan Pinzel is a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Sol Health is a digital health startup that offers $30 therapy to Gen Zs by connecting them with therapists-in-training accruing clinical hours. Hi there! College can be exciting, messy, overwhelming, and everything in between—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My practice is a space where you can show up as your full self—no code-switching, no shrinking, no pretending. I center students who’ve felt “othered,” whether that’s because of race, gender identity, sexuality, or just not fitting into the mold of what college “should” look like. As a queer, Black provider, I understand how hard it can be to find support that gets it, so I bring compassion, honesty, and a real understanding of the unique challenges BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students face. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, stress, or just trying to make it through the semester, I’m here to hold space for all of it. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and never one-size-fits-all—because you deserve care that sees you. You belong here.

Georgetown, TX

Hello! I’m Dr. Ryne Pulido. I’m a husband, father, and psychologist in Texas. I’m so excited to help folks build lives experienced as worth living and sharing. I started out as a therapist for children, adolescents, and young adults. Initially, “young adult” referred to college students. Then “young adult” expanded to include medical and law school students. And then it expanded to include early career professionals. Now, it has expanded to early career professionals struggling to #adult. Your struggle is real. Many of my clients struggle with intense emotional pain stemming from feelings of unlovability and fear of rejection. Their pain acts like an emotional dictator that commands them to withdraw from friends, family, work, school, hobbies, passions, interests, and other activities that make life worth living. Increasingly distant from their values (who they want to be deep inside their hearts) and goals (what they want to accomplish), they feel directionless and unsure of their best life because they’re so focused on protecting themselves from emotional pain. If this sounds like you, know it doesn’t have to be this way. You deserve a life worth living and sharing. Imagine what it would be like to control your actions (the things you do and say) amidst an emotional storm. What if you could be the person you want to be and move toward your goals just 20% more often? What would your relationships be like? Where would your career be? How much better would your sleep be?! Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I utilize a modern form of the tried-and-true Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Although ACT involves a radically new approach to happiness, over 1,000 clinical trials have been published in peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating its effectiveness with diverse populations struggling with a wide range of psychological problems. ACT is focused on creating richer, fuller, and more meaningful lives rather than solely symptom reduction. When your life is bigger, the pain is smaller by comparison. ACT is a very active form of therapy. It’s not just talking about your problems and feelings (although there is always space for that). You will learn practical skills to move from struggling to flourishing. We will move through the program step-by-step, learning skills that build on each other. The good news is the skills are easy to learn and effective. You are headed into the unknown. Unfortunately, counseling and therapy is not 100% effective. Although I accept commercial insurance (if you go through Alma) and the Lotus Fund, the risk of committing time, money, effort, and heart to something that doesn’t work out is very real. I also can’t promise that you won’t feel uncomfortable, judged, and misunderstood, but you will have permission to express yourself and stop anything that is uncomfortable. I’ll listen with an open mind and you’re in the driver’s seat. But you are not alone. It’s your journey, but we’re a team—working together to help you become the person you want to be and build the life you want to live and share. All brains matter. I’ve spent my entire professional career working with neurodivergent folks and their families. I have a special place in my heart for ADHDers, autistics, and people with strong personalities. Are you in Texas, prefer virtual care, and ready to get to work? You can contact me by email (admin@rynepulidophd.com) or by calling or texting 512-537-4743. (Note it can take up to 72 hours for me to return a call, email, or text. If you are in a mental health emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest ER). …and if you’re sort of ready that’s cool too. Reach out to me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation! Need financial help? I offer sliding-scale fee slots via Open Path Collective. These slots are extremely limited, so please get in touch with me before signing up to work with me. I also accept the Lotus Fund via the Asian Mental Health Collective.

With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, I provide a supportive and evidence-based approach to therapy for adults. I recognize that many different circumstances bring someone to therapy, and there’s no one single intervention that works for each person. With that in mind, I value understanding each person‘s history and collaboratively developing a “road map” for meaningful change. Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas, I have treated a variety of mental health conditions and assisted clients with complex life changes and “seasons”. My approach integrates psychoeducation, skill-building, and validation to empower clients with practical tools for growth. Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where healing and progress can occur.

I strive to help individuals struggling with distressing emotions, unhealthy relationships, uncertainty, and the overwhelming demands of life. I see a wide range of clients, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationship issues, and trauma. In therapy, I will help you to develop an understanding of how past experiences influence your current struggles. As you learn about yourself and the origin of your suffering, you will become more self-aware, fulfilled, and equipped to make positive changes. I trained at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and have extensive experience in private practice, hospital, and college counseling settings. I seek to establish a supportive, nurturing relationship with clients to facilitate growth and introspection in an environment of compassion, respect, and non-judgmental acceptance. I believe therapy offers a unique experience to learn about yourself, others, and the world. My hope is to join you on a path towards developing a greater sense of wellness and passion that will enrich your relationships, professional endeavors, and personal interests. I sincerely look forward to hearing from you.

Perhaps one of the hardest decisions in life is to seek help. You are used to handling everything yourself, but you don’t have to do this alone. We all encounter challenges and/or disadvantages at one point in life, and it is easy to feel discouraged and criticize yourself in this process. Although these difficulties can affect you in profound and painful ways, I believe that they are also opportunities to learn about yourself—acknowledge what is not working and find what will work. This journey is quite exhausting for one person, so I aim to become a part of your support system. As a counselor, I hope to empower each individual to make personal choices that will allow them to discover confidence, direction, happiness, peace, and healing. My role as a therapist is to, first and foremost, create a safe space for your stories to be heard and understood. I will listen to your experiences with compassion, warmth, curiosity, hope, respect, and trust. I believe in genuineness and transparency in the therapeutic relationship, so I will communicate directly yet gently. I offer a collaborative and individualized therapeutic process that allows you to accomplish your goals. In other words, my approach to counseling varies based on what is the best fit for each client. I use creative methods to increase self-awareness and self-reflection (e.g. mindfulness, writing, drawing, music, poetry, activities) because I believe each person has a unique medium of expression. Your commitment to change is also monumental in this process because you are the expert on your life. I will be there as a guide to help you uncover your true potential. I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I work with older adolescent and adult individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, interpersonal/relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, LGBTQIA+ related issues, transition and change, anger management, stress management and self-care, social justice issues, and low self-confidence. As an Asian American woman, I celebrate diversity and welcome people from all backgrounds.

At True North ATX Counseling, I help teens and young adults who feel anxious, stuck, or unsure of their direction find clarity and confidence. Many of my clients are figuring out who they are, managing school stress, navigating relationships, or trying to break free from perfectionism and self-doubt. My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth—I use humor often, because sometimes laughter helps us see things more clearly and makes the hard stuff a little easier to face. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with your values—your “true north”—so you can move forward with purpose and peace of mind.

I am a relational therapist integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic-informed practices. Virtual sessions. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Discounted rates when requested. My speciality areas include: - Grief (Infertility, loss of a loved one, breakups, unfulfilled goals) - Burnout - Complex Family Dynamics - Life Transitions (Motherhood, Career Changes) - Attachment trauma - Pressure that come with a high-demand career My approach to therapy is collaborative and follows a thoughtful process. Together, we explore the roots of your feelings. Often, feelings point to underlying needs, so you and I identify the unmet need your feelings may be drawing attention to. Understanding your feelings is foundational, yet insight alone does not always guide lasting change. Next, we intentionally support your mind and body to process and release emotional tension. Throughout this process, I create a supportive, trusting space where your nervous system can feel secure and you can explore your authentic self. I strive to meet clients where they are, walking alongside them with kindness, empathy, presence, and unwavering commitment to their well-being. I value respectful, kind, direct communication. When requested, I provide Christian counseling, integrating Scripture and the Gospel in a God-honoring space. I'm here to support whatever goals you have for yourself. Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story: - Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices - Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine - Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected - Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long! I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you. A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.

I work best with students who are thoughtful, curious, and sometimes overwhelmed by school, relationships, or figuring out who they are. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or just tired of trying to handle everything alone. This is a space to talk openly, feel heard, and sort through what’s on your mind. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll meet you with honesty and care. If that sounds like what you need, you're in the right place.
