College and graduate life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and high pressure. I work with students navigating stress, anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and the uncertainty of what comes next. My approach is active and collaborative-we focus on understanding patterns that keep you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, focused, and confident in your day to day life. I draw from mindfulness, mind-body awareness, CBT, DBT, IFS, and integrative therapy. I also provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences within a therapeutic framework. Having lived in diverse parts of the world, I understand challenges around identity, transition, and belonging, and support students working through these experiences. I offer telehealth sessions, so you can access support from wherever you are. Looking forward to working with you!

Starting college can be an exciting time, opening so many new doors in terms of defining one’s identity and sense of purpose in life, as well as establishing a network of meaningful friendships. It however also involves letting go of one’s reliance on family and friends and engaging many new options which can be quite overwhelming.
